I pledge to uplift women in the workplace. We create and fund opportunities for learning that creates more independence.

I pledge to acknowledge and honor the contributions of women, not just as workers but as family members, neighbors, and friends.

Ending gender-based violence

I pledge to resist and interrupt any gendered violence or harassment in my community and workplace, including verbal attacks and unwanted actions

Listening and following women at every level

I pledge to listen to the voices of women as experts and leaders. I will make space for and bring women’s voices in places where they don’t already exist.

Inclusive and safe

I pledge to intentionally use language that upholds the right of every girl and woman to fulfill their potential.

We live our commitment to women in everything we do

At Project Alianza, we all -staff, board, and community educators- sign an agreement to respect all women, to avoid and interrupt any gendered violence, and to embrace a broad and diverse understanding of womanhood. We also provide professional and economic opportunity to women in their own communities. Our schools are safe spaces for girls and women to pursue their dreams.
