Project Alianza an organization that provides educational opportunities for children in remote, underserved farming communities, but did you know we are also a woman-founded, women-led organization? Over 90 percent of our staff is comprised of Central American women leading radical change in their own back yards. At the heart of our work, lies our commitment to promote gender equality and to champion for women and girls education, everywhere.

This year on International Women’s Day, we  celebrate every women and their amazing accomplishments, and shine a light on the #ladylifters among us. When women rise together, they have the power to shake the world.
